Terms and conditions

This agreement sets out the rules of interaction between a visitor and the editorial team of the information resource allwin.lviv.ua (hereinafter — the Platform). The Platform publishes independent reviews, analytical material and ratings of online casinos and bookmakers. Viewing any page of the Platform confirms that the visitor has read this document and agrees to abide by its provisions. Without such agreement, the visitor should stop using the Platform.

Legal status of the Platform

The Platform is an editorial media project and does not hold the status of a gambling operator. The editorial team does not accept bets, does not open deposit accounts, does not run draws and does not carry out settlement operations with visitors' funds. The material published on the Platform serves an exclusively informational and reference function. No publication is a recommendation, a piece of advice or an inducement to take part in gambling or betting.

Age and legal restrictions

The Platform is addressed to an adult audience. By accessing the material, a visitor confirms that:

• They are at least 21 years old, or have reached the minimum age set by the law of their jurisdiction for viewing information about gambling.

Disclaimer of warranties

The editorial team aims for the highest possible accuracy in its publications, but releases them without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This means the following:

1. Information about operators' bonus programmes, tariffs, limits and payment instruments reflects the position as at the last editorial check and may not match the operator's current terms.
2. The editorial team does not compensate direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses caused by the use of, or the inability to use, the Platform's material.
3. The decision to register on an operator's platform, to deposit funds and to take part in games or betting is taken by the visitor independently and at their own risk.

Changes to the terms

The editorial team has the right to revise or supplement this agreement without giving visitors prior notice. The version in force is always available on the relevant page of the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after an updated version has been published is taken as agreement with all the changes made. We recommend returning to this document from time to time to read the current provisions.

Applicable law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, where a compromise cannot be reached, by a competent court in accordance with the procedural law of Ukraine.
